Holy Goes Cycling Saturday, August 27th , 2022 Curt Holy accomplished one of the rarer feats in baseball when he hit for the cycle against the Picture Rocks Raptors in the 8-6 Jacksonville Nationals win at Nationals Park. Afterward, Holy acknowledged that his accomplishment was special, but said he was more interested in helping the Nationals win. "Maybe one day I'll look back on this with more meaning, but right now I just want to go out tomorrow and put some good swings on the ball and help my club win another game," Holy said. On his historic day, he went 4-for-5 with 4 RBI and 1 run scored -- and also got a spot in the history books. Curt Holy struck out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit an RBI triple in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 9th.
