Hicks Fires 7-0 Shutout in Wolverines Win Thursday, July 21st , 2022 Ken Hicks had an impressive outing at Nationals Park, hurling the Riverside Wolverines to a 7-0 shutout victory over the Jacksonville Nationals. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Jacksonville skipper Zack Glomski said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the left-handed Hicks yielded 3 hits and tallied 6 strikeouts with 2 walks.
