Raney Hits in 38 Straight Games Tuesday, June 17th , 2025 The hitting streak for Moncton third baseman David Raney now stands at 38 games, but the Mounties dropped today's contest 17-13 to the Buffalo Bellflowers. Raney went 3-for-5 in the game. "Things went well for me personally," he said. "I got 3 hits and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." David Raney doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. This season, Raney is hitting .469 with 92 hits, 24 home runs, 75 RBIs, scored 65 runs and played in 49 games. |
