Cook No-Hits Tiverton Wednesday, June 16th , 2021 The Long Island Torpedoes had a lot to celebrate as 22-year-old hurler Marvin Cook no-hit the Tiverton Colonels at Field of the Colonels. In an impressive outing that keyed the 3-0 Torpedoes victory, Cook had 4 strikeouts and surrendered 6 walks. "He mixed his pitches well and hit his spots, plus he got a little help from above," said Long Island manager Victor Sepulveda. "Marvin really took it to another level today."
