No Late-Season Magic Coming: Texas Tech Out of Playoffs Tuesday, April 30th , 2024 It's not quite the championship run that fans in Texas Tech might have envisioned. The Texas Tech Red Raiders were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. "There are a lot of good clubs in ABA College and unfortunately we couldn't quite make it into that elite group this year," said Red Raiders manager Orlando Valerio. This is the club's 4th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2020. In total, the Red Raiders have missed the playoffs 8 times in their 24-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Red Raiders have missed the playoffs 2 times. |
