Week's #1 Player Honored by SL2 Monday, April 7th , 2025 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Baylor's Jake Armstrong put up last week were the envy of the league, as Armstrong came away with Conference 2 Player of the Week honors. He belted out 13 hits in 28 at-bats, 3 home runs and 9 RBIs last week as he posted his .464 batting average. Armstrong is currently hitting at a .321 pace with 10 home runs and 25 RBIs. He has played in 26 games and scored 21 times. |
