Brian Herman Lost for Season
Monday, April 19th , 2021
When Pittsburgh reliever Brian Herman was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Panthers-Wildcats game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Herman had sustained a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for about 7-8 months.

To this point in the season, Herman has rung up no saves in 15 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 4.82 ERA, no wins and 2 losses and 18 strikeouts in 18.2 innings.
