Oklahoma's Worley Will Miss Season Wednesday, March 19th , 2025 Nate Worley of the Sooners just might have to call it quits for the season. The 21-year-old Oklahoma reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Iowa State Cyclones recently at Cap Timm Field. Worley suffered a fractured elbow while throwing a pitch. The Sooners medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4-5 months. So far this year, Worley has been credited with no saves, registered a 1.80 ERA and struck out 1 in 5 innings. He also has a 0-0 record. |
