Schelling 20-Game Hitting Streak Ends Wednesday, March 29th , 2023 The 20-game hitting streak of Ian Schelling has come to an end. The Oklahoma Sooners right fielder went 0-for-4 in his team's 3-2 loss to the Auburn Tigers at L. Dale Mitchell Baseball Park. "It's not just Ian who came up short," Sooners manager Trent Koepp said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss." To date this year, Schelling is batting .312 with 2 home runs. |
