Tigers Sit Atop Conference 1 ACC Wednesday, May 6th , 2020 The Clemson Tigers may have had some doubt about how their regular season would end, but the team has prevailed to win the Conference 1 ACC. "When it's that close down the stretch, you start to worry and wonder if you can actually win the division," said starting pitcher Brandon Jones. "We always believed in ourselves, but in the back of our heads that doubt was always there." The Tigers have a 29-21 record and the division title is their 1st. Manager Bobby Nolan said his team "stayed tough" all season and that led to their success. |
