Hartfield Goes Downtown 3 Times Against Gators

Anyone wearing a glove and sitting in the bleachers for today's Rebels-Gators game had a good chance at snagging a home run ball.
Ole Miss second baseman Chris Hartfield thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the Ole Miss to a 7-6 win over Florida.
"Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Hartfield said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run."
Hartfield was 3-for-5 on the day with 5 RBI.
Chris Hartfield hit a solo-shot off Danny White in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Danny White in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Danny White in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
For the year Hartfield is batting .307 with 31 hits and 14 home runs. He has scored 23 times and driven in 38.
