Michigan Sits Atop Conference 1 Big Ten Saturday, May 7th , 2022 The Conference 1 Big Ten crown was certainly in question throughout the season, but the Michigan Wolverines have now finally claimed it. With a record of 35-16, the club has won its 1st division title. "It's special," catcher Jaime Johnson said when asked to sum up his feelings. "It's easy to take for granted what it's like to be on a winning team, but everyone who has ever been on a loser knows how sweet this is." Team manager Hunter Widener said the focus will now shift towards getting ready for the playoffs, where the team will be trying to win the 1st championship in franchise history. |
