Mountaineers Hernandez Snags SL2 Player of the Week Monday, March 25th , 2024 When it came to hitting the baseball, Chris Hernandez was in a class by himself in the Conference 2 this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding second baseman for West Virginia tagged opposing pitchers for a .393 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 28 at-bats, 4 homers, 6 runs scored and 10 RBIs. |
