Fou Raps Penn State for 5 Hits Sunday, April 5th , 2026 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Georgia Tech's Yi-mou Fou made it happen against the Nittany Lions. Everything came together at the plate for the 19-year-old third baseman as he collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and helped the Yellow Jackets triumph, 7-3, at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Fou said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Yi-mou Fou singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. For the year, Fou has hit .347 with 7 home runs, 17 RBIs and scored 18 runs. |
