Season Possibly Over for Chris Twardowski Monday, April 25th , 2022 The season is ending on a bad note for Chris Twardowski, reliever for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Twardowski was hurt against the Ohio State Buckeyes while throwing a pitch. He suffered bone chips in his elbow and will be out for at least 4 months. So far this season, Twardowski is 1-and-0 with no saves and a 4.05 ERA. He has given up 11 hits in 13.1 innings with 8 strikeouts. |
