Tigers Won't Get Playoff Berth Sunday, April 26th , 2020 They hung tough, but ultimately, it won't be a championship year for the Auburn Tigers. Today, the team was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. Auburn last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 9 times in their 20-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Tigers have made the playoffs 7 times. Auburn last won the College World Series in 2017. |
