Season-Ending Injury for Jon Ralston
Wednesday, March 12th , 2025
The doctors have spoken and Jon Ralston of the Oklahoma State Cowboys didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old shortstop is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Ralston sustained his season-ending injury during the TCU Horned Frogs game yesterday at Charlie and Marie Lupton Baseball Stadium and Williams-Reilly Field. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while colliding with a player at a base. Today the Oklahoma State medical staff reported Ralston had a torn back muscle and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4 months.
