Jayhawks Borrego Named SL2's #1 Player Monday, April 12th , 2021 Alan Borrego captured all the headlines last week and today he added to his booty with the Conference 2 Player of the Week trophy. The Kansas Jayhawks first baseman hammered league hurlers for 8 hits in 14 at-bats, a .571 average and 3 home runs. He also collected 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. So far this season, Borrego is hitting .422 with 16 home runs. |
