Maciaszek Earns SL2's Best Pitcher Honor Friday, April 1st , 2022 March's top hurler was Jerry Maciaszek of BYU. He shackled Conference 2 hitters the entire month and claimed the Pitcher of the Month award with a sparkling 3-0 mark. The 18-year-old Maciaszek added 22 strikeouts in 29.1 innings and 5 walks to his season record and compiled a 0.61 ERA. Other clubs hit .106 against him. |
