The Iowa State first baseman had a fantastic 5-for-5 day against the Texas A&M Aggies, leading his club to victory, 17-11. "I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Raphael said later." Nate Raphael walked in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th. For the year, Raphael is hitting .320 with 2 home runs. His stats include 13 RBI and 11 runs scored. |
