Tuesday, March 23rd , 2021
Doctors in Houston said Everton Jackson might not play anymore this year. The Cougars closer suffered a torn labrum during a game against the Oklahoma Sooners and will be out for at least 4-5 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
Currently Jackson has 4 saves. In 7 relief appearances he has hurled 9.2 innings, struck out 17 and issued 1 walk with a 0-1 record. The Houston reliever has recorded a 0.00 ERA and allowed the opposition to hit .125 when he is on the mound.
