Burza Bashes 5 Base Hits Friday, March 12th , 2021 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the UCF's 16-0 win over Oklahoma, third baseman Bubba Burza was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at L. Dale Mitchell Baseball Park. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Burza said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Bubba Burza hit an RBI triple in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. |
