SL2 Presents Top Pitcher Trophy Wednesday, June 12th , 2024 The hottest hurler in the Conference 2 this season was Bobby Henderson of the Kansas State Wildcats. He caught the attention of everybody in the league on his way to winning the 2024 SL2 Pitcher of the Year Award. Henderson starred with an impressive 6-1 record in 11 starts. The Wildcats ace gave up 58 base hits and struck out 83 in 72.2 innings with a 1.73 ERA. He received 43 first place votes out of a possible 56. Jon Clark of the Tennesse Volunteers finished second in voting with 13 first place votes, while Chris Welch of the Alabama Crimson Tide finished third.
