Wildcats Heading to Final 4 Tuesday, May 14th , 2024 The Missouri Tigers were simply overmatched by the Kansas State Wildcats in the Elite 8. The end result was a sweep, as Kansas State has cruised to the Final 4, with the final win coming at Frank Myers Field at Tointon Family Stadium by a score of 3-2. "We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Chris Broadley, who was named MVP of the Elite 8. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this." For the series, Broadley hit .250 with a .333 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Kansas State Wildcats don't know who they will face in the next round.
