Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Blanchette Wednesday, June 11th , 2025 At the young age of only 20, Brian Blanchette has been named the Conference 1 Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2025. The future appears bright for the Ohio State Buckeyes relief ace, who captured the award with 2 saves in 25 relief appearances, 34 strikeouts in 29 innings and a record of 0-0 to go with his 1.24 ERA. He received 55 first place votes out of a possible 56. Josh Hunter of the UCLA Bruins finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Tim Jacobs of the Michigan Wolverines finished third.
