Alabama Advances to Final 4 Tuesday, May 13th , 2025 The Alabama Crimson Tide have swept the Arizona State Sun Devils and are on to the Final 4. Alabama won 8-6 today at Sewell-Thomas Stadium to clinch the Elite 8. "We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said Alabama second baseman Jason Henson, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning." Henson won the award with a .500 batting average and a .625 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 1 runs. The Alabama Crimson Tide will play against the Auburn Tigers in the next round. Auburn won their series against the UCF Knights 2 games to 0. The Final 4 schedule will be announced after the Elite 8 finishes. |
