Conference 1 Big Ten Champs Crowned: Michigan Wolverines Wednesday, May 7th , 2025 The Michigan Wolverines have held off the opposition and are Conference 1 Big Ten champions. It was certainly no easy task as the club had a tough challenge for the division crown throughout the year, but in the end they have prevailed for the franchise's 2nd division title. "You can't get complacent when the standings are as close as they are, so our guys have been focused," manager Hunter Widener said of his team's triumph. "We're going to celebrate this one, that's for sure." The club will be going for its 1st College World Series and optimism is running high. "Why not us? We can certainly win this thing," said reliever Jesus Henriguez. |
