TCU Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Tuesday, April 29th , 2025 It won't be a season to remember for the TCU Horned Frogs, as the club has officially missed out on the playoffs. The Horned Frogs were mathematically eliminated from qualification today. "With any luck, in a couple years we will look back on the 2025 season as an important stepping stone to a title," said TCU starting pitcher Phil Woodall. The Horned Frogs have made the playoffs 16 times in their 25 years as a ABA College franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2022. In the last 10 seasons, the Horned Frogs have made the playoffs 6 times. TCU has won the College World Series 3 times in their history. |
