Cowboys Win Final 4 Wednesday, May 19th , 2021 The Oklahoma State Cowboys will continue the trek towards a College World Series title, while the Alabama Crimson Tide are headed home for the season. Oklahoma State won the Final 4 with a clinching game 3-0 victory at O'Brate Stadium, concluding the series at 3-1. "We didn't want this thing to go any further, that's for sure," Casey Kearney said after officially being named series MVP. He turned in a dominant offensive performance to win the award, with a .412 batting average, .444 on-base percentage, 2 home runs, 5 RBI and 4 runs scored. The Oklahoma State Cowboys will play against the Penn State Nittany Lions in the next round. Penn State won their series against the Michigan State Spartans 3 games to 0. The College World Series schedule will be announced after the Final 4 finishes. |
