SL2 Star of the Week Chosen Monday, April 14th , 2025 Kansas fans have something to crow about today as Kansas right fielder Dan Price nabbed the Conference 2 Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Price. He posted a .368 average (7-for-19) this past week with 4 home runs, 9 RBIs, and 6 runs scored. So far on the season, Price is hitting .342 with 14 home runs, 34 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He has 38 hits and played in 29 games. |
