Injury Sidelines Jonathan Bell For Year
Thursday, April 20th , 2023
Jonathan Bell will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Oklahoma State reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Bell was injured while throwing a pitch in the Cowboys-Rebels clash at O'Brate Stadium recently. Doctors said he has bone chips in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 7-8 months.
So far this season, Bell is 1-and-0 with no saves and a 4.24 ERA. He has given up 16 hits in 17 innings with 10 strikeouts.
