Chris Overstreet Injured, Out for Season Wednesday, April 19th , 2023 The season is finished for Chris Overstreet of the BYU Cougars. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Cougars starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the UCF Knights. Team doctors said it would take at least 5-6 months to heal. In 6 starts this season, Overstreet has recorded a 0-0 record and a 4.18 ERA. |
