Bad News for Lake Travis High School, Fischer Injured Saturday, April 6th , 2024 Mark Fischer of the Lake Travis High School Cavaliers was injured in today's game against Sinton High School and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a broken kneecap, and he is expected to be out for up to 7 months. It happened while Fischer was running the bases. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." Fischer is currently batting .286 with 2 home runs, 3 runs scored and 8 RBIs. His OBP is .333. |
