Season Ends for Mike Cornelius of Lake Travis High School Wednesday, April 12th , 2023 The season is ending on a bad note for Mike Cornelius, reliever for the Lake Travis High School Cavaliers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Cornelius was hurt against the Spring Hill High School Panthers while throwing a pitch. He suffered radial nerve compression and will be out for at least 4-5 months. Cornelius's record up to now is 1-and-2 with no saves and a 7.82 ERA. He has given up 12 hits in 12.2 innings with 19 strikeouts. |
