Spartans Donaldson to Miss Year Tuesday, April 11th , 2023 The season is finished for Tim Donaldson of the St. Johns Country Day High School Spartans. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Spartans reliever suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Calvary Christian High School Warriors. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 months to heal. During this season, he has made 11 relief appearances, earning a 3-0 record with no saves. In 10.2 innings Donaldson has struck out 18 with a 2.53 ERA. |
