Super Swinger -- Allan Slams 5 Hits Tuesday, April 1st , 2025 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Chris Allan of the Villa Park High School Spartans. Allan went on a tear at Villa Park High School Field and cracked hit after hit off Georgetown High School pitching. When the dust settled on the diamond, the 16-year-old left fielder had a career 5-for-5 day and something he will long remember. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but I don't think I'll tell them we lost," he joked in the BNN postgame interview. Despite Allan's personal accolades, the Georgetown High School Eagles walked off the field with the 8-7 win. Chris Allan singled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 8th. In 12 games this year, Allan has posted a .400 average and put up these numbers: 4 home runs, 12 RBIs and 19 runs scored. |
