Playoffs Won't Happen for Bears Monday, May 3rd , 2021 A close finish won't make it any easier for the Buchanan High School Bears to end their season early. The club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention for the 2021 season. "There were some things broken and some things said that are not repeatable," Bears manager Chris Baldwin. Before this season, the Bears had made the playoffs 2 times in a row. In the 21 years they have been a ABA High School franchise, they have missed the playoffs 12 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Bears have missed the playoffs 3 times. Buchanan High School last won the Round 3 in 2004. |
