Kinder Launches 3 HR for Hawks Monday, April 29th , 2019 Whatever George Kinder ate for breakfast before his game against the Reagan High School Rattlers today, it gave him some impressive power. The Rockwall-Heath High School first baseman smacked three balls up and out of the park at Reagan High School Stadium. His home run barrage led the Hawks to take the 7-4 victory over the Rattlers. "When they throw it in your wheelhouse, you've got a shot at a homer," he told BNN reporters after the game. "I got three shots today and nailed them all." On his 3-homer day, he went 4-for-5, scored 4 times, drove in 3 and put on a display that history will remember. George Kinder hit a solo-shot off Dustin Moses in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Jason Hasbrook in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Eric Brouwer in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. So far this season Kinder is hitting .366 with 23 home runs, 46 RBIs and 38 runs scored. He has 48 hits in 131 at-bats and a .465 OBP. |
