T.J. Flanagan Bashes Three over the Wall Thursday, March 27th , 2025 T.J. Flanagan was in a home run mode at Taravella High School Baseball Stadium. The Taravella High School right fielder massacred Vikings pitching, cracking out three home runs and going 3-for-3 with 4 RBIs and scoring 3 runs. But this sensational performance didn't really matter. Lowndes High School won the ballgame, 15-11, despite the three homers. "I wish a big 'W' had come with this," he said. "It's great to hit three homers, but the bottom line is whether you win or lose." Nonetheless, Flanagan will now have a place in the league record book. "I guess when you're hot, you're hot," he said. "I'm not going up there trying to hit home runs. I put the good part of the bat on it and luckily three of them went out today." T.J. Flanagan hit a two-run home run off Ilusuarte Gaio in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Ilusuarte Gaio in the 3rd, walked in the 4th and hit a solo-shot off Jeremy Conley in the 6th. Flanagan is batting .469 this season in 7 games with 7 home runs, 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored. He has 15 hits in 32 at-bats. |
