Year Ends for Greg Gustafson in Stockdale High School Sunday, April 2nd , 2023 The doctors have spoken and Greg Gustafson of the Stockdale High School Mustangs didn't like what he heard. The 18-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Gustafson sustained his season-ending injury during the JSerra Catholic High School Lions game yesterday at JSerra High School Stadium. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Stockdale High School medical staff reported Gustafson had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 12 months. |
