AHS Names Best Player Monday, April 19th , 2021 It was a week to remember for Jarrod Wahlert. After wrapping up a torrid week at the plate, the Cypress High School Centurions first baseman was named the ABA High School Player of the Week. Wahlert collected 10 hits in 15 at-bats for a .667 average. He also accounted for 6 RBIs, 1 home run and scored 5 runs. Thus far this year, Wahlert has hit .442 with 7 home runs and 25 RBIs. |
