Wild Card Clinched by Palo Alto High School Monday, May 4th , 2020 There's more drama in store for fans of the Palo Alto High School Vikings. The team has narrowly won a wild card berth in the season's final days and now will be looking to parlay that into the 1st High School World Series championship in team history. "Never in doubt, we knew we'd get in," joked reliever Justin Thompson as he mockingly wiped sweat from his brow. "Now that we're in, we can relax a bit." But there won't be too much relaxing, as the ABA High School playoffs are right around the corner. |
