Conger Sensational, 5-for-5 Thursday, April 9th , 2026 Adam Conger was sizzling at the plate. The Rockwall-Heath High School first baseman blistered the Parkview High School Panthers for 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but couldn't prevent his club from falling to defeat, 8-3. "Conger was too tough to get out today," Panthers skipper Manuel Vargas said in a postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too. But hey, I don't mind if every game somebody gets 5 hits off us, as long as we win." Adam Conger singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Justin Hunter in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
