3 Roundtrippers for Dickerson Thursday, April 9th , 2026 Taylor Dickerson brutalized the Rockwall-Heath High School Hawks pitching staff, launching three home runs in the 8-3 Parkview High School victory at Rockwall-Heath High School Baseball Field. The Parkview High School Panthers left fielder was red-hot, the ball just exploding off his bat all day. "I don't try to hit homers," he said later. "I try to go out there and put a good swing on the ball, and sometimes it is going to go out of the park. I didn't try to hit the first one or the second one or the third one." For the game, he went 4-for-5 with 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. "Too much Taylor Dickerson today," Hawks manager Jason Puente said. "That's my assessment of the game. That's what our problems boiled down to." Taylor Dickerson singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Bob Ortega in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Bob Ortega in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Vinny Cerbantes in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. For the year, Dickerson is batting .284 with 6 home runs, 17 RBIs and 17 runs scored. |
