"I've always loved hitting in Boerne ISD Sports Complex," the first baseman told reporters following his big day. "You can see the ball so well." For the game, he collected 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 4 runs and had 4 RBIs. Chris Eye hit a solo-shot off Stuart Fruge in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Joe Luman in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Aidan Bogan in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
