Riggi Batters Georgetown High School Big Time Thursday, April 12th , 2018 Rockwall-Heath High School second baseman Drew Riggi put on quite a show at Rockwall-Heath High School Baseball Field with a big 5-hit day in the 11-6 victory over the Georgetown High School Eagles. "Not a bad day at the plate, 5-for-5," he said in the postgame interview. "Wish I could do this more often. It would do wonders for my batting average, and my salary, too." Drew Riggi singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Mark Wooten in the 7th. Currently Riggi is batting .422 with 6 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
