Tomball High School's Saez to Miss Season Monday, April 4th , 2022 Tony Saez of the Cougars just might have to call it quits for the season. The 15-year-old Tomball High School reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Stockdale High School Mustangs recently at Pelicans Stadium. Saez suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch. The Cougars medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 9-10 months. During this season, Saez has delivered 0 saves. In 8 relief appearances, he has 8 strikeouts in 6.2 innings with a 12.15 ERA and no wins and no losses. |
