Eagles Sheldon Cahill Will Miss Season Wednesday, March 31st , 2021 Sheldon Cahill of the Eagles just might have to call it quits for the season. The 16-year-old North Cobb Christian High School reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Stoneman Douglas High School Eagles recently at North Cobb Christian Schools Baseball Complex. Cahill suffered a damaged elbow ligament while throwing a pitch. The Eagles medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 13 months. This season, he has made 5 relief appearances with no saves. In 5 innings Cahill has chalked up 2 strikeouts while posting a 1-0 record and a 3.60 ERA |
