Gonzalez Goes on Rampage Against Wolves Tuesday, April 2nd , 2019 De La Salle High School Spartans center fielder Bryce Gonzalez really lit up the Buford High School Wolves with a 7-hit barrage today at Koch Baseball Diamond -- a performance that sparked the Spartans to a 30-6 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Bryce Gonzalez singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 8th. Gonzalez currently has a .348 batting average with 16 hits, 1 homers, 9 RBIs, 7 runs scored and a .400 OBP. |
