5-for-6 Day for Dravid Tuesday, March 26th , 2019 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Amreet Dravid today. Dravid went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off De La Salle High School pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Koch Baseball Diamond, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the Miami Christian High School Victors had a 15-1 victory over the Spartans. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Amreet Dravid singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. Dravid is hitting .296 this season with 1 home run, 3 RBIs and 6 runs scored. He has 8 hits in 27 at-bats. |
